  • What kind of baskets do you offer at Perfect Sentiments Gift Baskets?
    We offer a wide variety of custom made gift baskets for any occasion. We have baskets for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and many more moments in one's life. There isn't a type of basket we do not offer. You tell us what you would like and we will fabricate the most wonderful basket to meet your vision. Our baskets range from traditional (corporate, spa, sympathy, fruit, special holiday or life event) to unique (Super Hero, Cat Lady, Book Club).
  • How Does Perfect Sentiments Work?
    How We Operate: Typically if you wish to place an order for a customized basket the best way to get this done is to call us and speak to us personally. This is so that we can ask important questions and determine the price and products perfect for you basket. If you order through the site we will still reach out by telephone to ensure that we have all the information we need and determine the best delivery date. First: You tell us what you want (your vision/the type of basket) Then: You let us know how much you want to pay for the basket (your budget) Minus Taxes and Deliver (Flat Rate In Winnipeg $15.00), - And we make the most beautiful basket for you for that amount of money. It is a very simple process really. Our goal is to make the perfect basket for your gift giving needs and what the recipient will enjoy. Thus during the ordering process we strive to make every basket unique and customized for the recipient by asking a few very important questions. Are there any dietary restrictions? Allergies? Vegan? Diabetic? Religious? What is your budget? What are their likes/dislikes? And, we try to give you the most for your gift-giving money, so we ask the recipient's hobbies and likes to determine a container for the basket that will have a second use. We do not use wicker baskets. So, they will be able to enjoy the basket long after it has been opened because the container is a gift they can use. It is our goal to not place an item in the basket that will not be appreciated by the person the basket is made for. We don't want to waste your gift giving money.
  • What is your price range?
    Unfortunately, due to the present economic environment we are not able to create a basket for under $75. The cost of products, container, ribbons, and materials needed to create a decent sized and full basket that would satisfy our customers, and uphold our standards of product and service, would not be possible below $75. We do not want to disappoint anyone. It is preferable to us that we be transparent with our customers. Our prices start at $75. A small basket is in the range of $75 to $110. A medium basket ranges from $110 to $135. A Large basket starts at $135 and goes up from there.
  • Where do you deliver?
    Local Delivery: We deliver to all points in the City of Winnipeg. A flat rate delivery fee of $16 covers any location within the perimeter highway and city limits. Extended Delivery: Perfect Sentiments does deliver to locations outside Winnipeg City Limits. We will deliver up to a 65 kms radius surrounding Winnipeg. Our extended delivery fees are based on mileage.   • What is your Delivery Window?
    We deliver from Monday to Friday, the first delivery window of the day starts at 12pm to 4pm for Offices and Businesses. Our second delivery window starts at 5pm to 8pm for residences. We will deliver on the weekends if you have made arrangements with us during the week.
  • What are you business hours?
    Our business hours are: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm. Saturdays and Sundays: Closed We will make special arrangements for service and delivery during the Holiday Season. If our customer has a specific urgency or they are restricted in delivery times we will make exceptions. Please contact us if you need to make special arrangements, 1-204-292-9599.
  • How long does it take to have a basket order filled?
    We typically ask our customers to give us 24 hours to fill your order and delivery it. It depends on the contents of the basket that will determine the time it takes to complete the order. If your basket requires fresh produce or items we do not stock we cannot give same day service. Even though we do not do same day service, if you need a basic basket, and we have the items in stock, we may be able to fill your order in less than 24 hours if we are not fully booked with other orders.
